100% Off Grid

The cabin rental is 100% off-grid and runs strictly on solar power. There is a compostable toilet and an outdoor shower available running off propane.

Inside The Cabin

  • ​Queen size bed

  • Sofa, bar table (seating for 2)

  • Wood burning stove to keep you warm on those cool nights.  

  • There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool if needed 

  • A record player if you wish to have music playing. 

  • Broom and hand held vacuum are provided for small messes

  • Games

The Kitchenette

  • Cleaning spray, lysol wipes

  • A 5G jug of drinking water with an automated tap over a small bar sink.  This water is not temperature controlled. 

  • Dish soap, dishtowels, sponges and hand soap provided.  

  • Dinnerware and Drinkware and basic Cookware

  • a small 2-burner Coleman propane grill (mini propane tanks provided)

  • A kettle and French press with complimentary local coffee and tea.

  • Farm fresh eggs from our own chickens

  • Salt and Pepper

  • First aid kit and bug spray

The Kitchenette is equipped with:

Outside The Cabin

  • There is a large wooden cooler on the front porch, please bring your own ice to keep your food and drinks fresh.  (Parkhhill gas station is 7minutes away)

  • Firewood is provided.  Please no large fires.

  • Paper, kindling and lighters in grey storage box

  • There are 4 outdoor chairs as well as a single hammock and lounge chair to get your tan on.  

  • x2 Rocking chairs on the large covered 

  • Front porch, bug netting optional.

  • String lights on porch and bathroom are set on a timer to turn off no later than 12am (we can adjust that if needed).

  • BBQ with tools and mini propane tanks are in grey storage box outside.  

  • x2 marshmallow sticks are also in the storage box.

  • Extra toilet paper in grey storage box
